The CMS Quality Forum continues to set the tone for compliance, clinical quality, and innovation across the care continuum. Leaders in post-acute and long-term care are expected not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to integrate new tools, technologies, and oversight priorities into daily operations.

This session will highlight the core themes from the CMS Quality Forum, including Ambient Intelligence, preventive medicine, data integrity, food and nutrition, outcome-focused measures, and the role of AI in charting and decision-making, and will explore how administrators can prepare their teams for the compliance expectations of 2026 and beyond.

Additionally, participants will review the CMS TEAMS Model rollout as an example of how quality priorities are translated into bundled payment structures, compliance oversight, and training initiatives.
