FALL FORUM CE Certificates Are Now Available!

CE certificates for Fall Forum  are now available for download.  To access your certificate, please click here and enter the email address that was used when registering for the conference.  You will then have the option to email the certificate to yourself, or download a PDF copy to save to your computer or print. {You do not have to have your badge id, only your email address}

Please note that if you would like nursing CE, you will need to download a copy of the nursing certificate as well as the administrator certificate.
