About two years ago, I reached a point where I could not keep talking about the problems in post-acute care without taking responsibility to be part of the solution.
I went back to school, earned my DNP, and focused my work on quality improvement in post-acute care. My doctoral project centered on fall reduction in a post-acute setting, and it reinforced something many of us already know, patient outcomes improve when systems are intentional, measurable, and usable by real teams.
At the same time, I started building SurveyGuard. Not as a pitch or an idea, but as a working platform. I have been building it steadily, with input and help from people in this community, operators, clinicians, and leaders who live this work every day.
SurveyGuard is now preparing for a beta launch by the end of Q1. The platform is built and includes mock surveys, audits, AI-assisted plans of correction, and a centralized survey command center. We already have about 10 facilities committed to pilot.
I want to offer this next phase specifically to members of this community, people like me who are dedicated to post-acute care.
This is not a sale and not a sales call. This is a call to improve patient care and change how we work in post-acute care.
I am looking for 5 additional buildings that want to participate in a small, hands-on beta. That means real-world use, weekly touchpoints, and direct input into how the platform is refined before full release. The beta will be offered at a very low cost, primarily to offset AI and EMR integration expenses.
